Pilot service terms
These terms govern use of the Manzanita managed-runner pilot. By installing the GitHub App or running jobs on Manzanita, you agree to them for yourself and the organization you represent.
The service
Manzanita supplies ephemeral Apple Silicon runner capacity for GitHub Actions. GitHub remains the CI control plane. The pilot may change, experience interruptions, or have limited capacity; we will make reasonable efforts to preserve security and communicate material changes.
Who operates the pilot
Manzanita is an early-stage, operator-run service based in Menlo Park, California. Pilot workloads run on Manzanita-operated Apple Silicon in our US West fleet. Support and security reports are handled directly by the team operating that hardware and the control plane.
Your responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect each GitHub organization and repository.
- You are responsible for workflow code, dependencies, licenses, repository permissions, signing credentials, and secrets.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware distribution, denial of service, cryptocurrency mining, or attempts to escape a VM or probe provider networks.
- Do not expose sensitive deployment secrets to untrusted pull-request code.
Trials, plans, and billing
The free trial provides one Standard runner for 14 days or 300 build minutes, starting with the first job. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. Plans are flat-rate with no metered overage charges. Usage above 15,000 minutes per runner in a rolling 30-day period may trigger a capacity review, queue-priority adjustment, plan change discussion, or suspension for abuse. Founding availability is limited.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your code and other content. You grant Manzanita only the limited permission needed to execute your jobs and operate, secure, and support the service. The control plane does not store source code or build artifacts; transient copies exist inside runner VMs during execution.
Availability and liability
The pilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without a service-level agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manzanita disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Manzanita's aggregate liability for the service is limited to fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid plan at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current monthly billing period; access continues through that period. The first paid monthly charge is refundable when requested within seven calendar days. Later monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing period starts, except for duplicate charges, a verified Manzanita-side failure that materially prevented use, or where required by law. Email hello@manzanita.run with the organization and invoice ID; never send card details.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect customers, GitHub, the fleet, or provider networks, or for nonpayment or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service, uninstall the GitHub App, cancel billing in the Stripe portal, and delete organization data from the dashboard.
